Ribbed Crochet Headband - Super Easy Beginner-Friendly Pattern

Hello!

Here is a crochet pattern for the ones who want something super simple yet cute. This pattern is easy to follow and turns out nice with any kind of yarn.

Materials:

Yarn – Any,

Hook – Any, or go with the one recommended on the yarn, I used 4mm.

Tapestry needle

Measuring tape (optional)

Scissors

Abbreviations:

st – stitch

ch – chain

sc – single crochet

sl st – slip stitch

BLO - back loop only, work the stitch only into the back loop

Pattern:

Ch1 after each row

Ch11 (or as wide as you want your headband to be)

Row 1:  sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and all along - (10 sc)

Row 2:  sc in BLO - 10 sc)

Row 3 - Row 66: sc in BLO x 10 - (10 sc)

You can do more or less rows until you reach a length which is enough to wrap around your head.

Keep the starting and the ending together and join with slip stitches.

Fasten off.

There you go!

I'd love to see if you make your own version of this!
