Tassels:
I didn’t make tassels for my scarf, but you can surely add it.
- Cut a piece of cardboard to the height you want your tassels (e.g., 4 in / 10 cm).
- Wrap yarn around the cardboard about 7 times or until thick enough.
- Cut the yarn and snip the wrapped loops at one end to create equal strands.
- Slide the strands off the cardboard and keep them together as a bundle.
- Insert your hook through an edge stitch of the scarf.
- Pull the center of the tassel bundle through to make a loop.
- Pull the loose ends through the loop and tighten to secure.
- Repeat across the edge:
- One tassel per row = approx. 20 tassels per side
- Add more for a denser fringe or fewer for a minimal look
- Trim ends neatly,
